Clean, great value hotel, the location was great and absolutely perfect near the front beach, a cafe around the corner and the huge park with a lake, swans etc, open air museum. Amicable and exceptional staff who were always there to help. The room was new-fashioned and fantastic with high ceiling when upgraded. I appreciated a convenient decor.

Our room with high ceiling was a decent size and airy. Layout and interior design were modern. The location was perfect, near the centre of Scarborough, the huge park with a lake, swans etc, open air museum and beach and spa.

The property is nicely presented and fantastic and sits a short walk from the beach. The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable and the staff are lovely friendly. It is 10 mins by foot from the bus station. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
